The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, you may then proceed to arbitration.

Directing Mastery Academy may terminate your access to the Website and Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Website and Services will immediately cease. Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of these Terms shall survive termination. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Directing Mastery Academy shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court located in Los Angeles County, California.
